Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : 10+2/XII or its equivalent with Commerce as one of the subjects and typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer. (35/30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word; Time allowed-10 minutes).
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Graduation or equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of Computer to work on MS Office/MS Excel and Typing in English & Hindi both.

Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application for each post indicating the Code No. of the post.
General instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : a) The applicant must be a citizen of India. b) All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement as on the last date of submission of online applications i.e. 9 th January, 2017. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for various posts as on the last date of receipt of the application. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview/trade test/skill test/written test.
