Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar invites ONLINE applications from regular and eligible ECoR employees (excluding RPF/RPSF) for General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) 2026 to fill 1,421 vacancies in safety and non-safety categories.
This is departmental recruitment only — not open to general public. Posts include Assistant Loco Pilot, Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Junior Engineer and Technicians.

Eligibility
- Regular ECoR employee (including erstwhile Waltair division/SCoR) with lien in ECoR.
- Post-wise educational qualification, medical standard and service criteria as per Annexure-A/B.
- RPF/RPSF personnel are NOT eligible.
Selection Process
- Single-stage Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Aptitude Test / Typing Test (where applicable).
- Document verification and medical examination.

Submit ONE online application even if applying for multiple posts.
Enter IPAS ID, HRMS ID and personal details; select post preferences.

Submit printout through controlling officer with forwarding signature.
Complete before 14.09.2026 (23:59 hours).
