Army Ordnance Corps (AOC), Ministry of Defence, Government of India invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to 2,615 Group 'C' civilian posts including Tradesman Mate, Fireman, Junior Office Assistant (JOA), Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Material Assistant.
Applications are accepted only through the official AOC recruitment portal. Selection includes written examination, physical efficiency test (where applicable), typing test (JOA), document verification and medical examination.

Eligibility
- Tradesman Mate / MTS / Fireman: Matriculation (10th pass) from recognized board.
- Junior Office Assistant: 12th pass with typing proficiency on computer.
- Material Assistant: Bachelor's degree from recognized university.
- Post-wise trade certificates and physical standards as per official notification.
Selection Process
- Written examination (objective type).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for applicable posts.
- Typing test for Junior Office Assistant.
- Document verification.
- Medical examination.
