Qualification: M Sc (Physics); M Tech (Materials Science). Ongoing last semester M Sc students can also apply.
Pay Scale: (Rs. 31,000/-) + 8 % HRA (Rs. 2,480/-) per month. Candidates

without GATE/NET, stipend will be as per institute norms.
Desirable Qualifications: Basic knowledge in Condensed Matter Physics. Note : Selected candidate will have an opportunity to register for PhD degree in VIT.
