Qualification: Experience of minimum five years in Army/Navy/Air Force/Coast Guard for conduct of promotion board for promotion to all rank of officers and

handling of ACR Dossiers and other classified records. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Armed Forces Service Rules and Regulations pertaining to promotion, discipline, vigilance, Court cases, RT I matters etc.
Pay Scale: Retired Central Govt Civilian employee, preferably from AFHQ cadre, with at least 08 years service in Level 12 of Pay Matrix as per VII CPC. Period of engagement: 1 year extendable to 2 years. Consultancy fee : Rs. 42,000/- per month.
Age Limit: Not more than 70 years on the date of applying.
