Pay Scale: The salary for the Community Coordinator position is in the range of CTC of Rs. 15,000/- to 17,000/- per month which will be fixed based on qualification, relevant experience, and interview performance.
Job Responsibilities: Coordination with Treatment Unit • Discuss the implementation design and implementation plan with the STS • Regular meeting with RNTCP-TU to share monthly progress of all the models Piloting of Differentiated Care Model • Plan intensive in-person care and follow-up of DCM patients, and organize linkage and support activities for patients • Conduct monthly review meetings and address issues Engagement with Community Structures (CSs) • Build capacity of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support CS for campaigns/events to promote positive messaging on TB related stigma and discrimination • Identification of Community Structures(CSs) and sensitize on TB and other health agenda • Set-up HICs and to conduct TB screening camps • Develop a link between CS and Patient Support Groups • Organize monthly review meetings with Community Structures Formation and strengthening of Patient Support Groups • Establish Patient Support Groups at DMC level in coordination with RNTCP • Identify TB Advocates and build their capacity to advocate the TB patients • Identify TB patients with side-effects and link them to the medical facility
