Job Responsibilities: 1. To take up interdisciplinary research in collaboration with other researchers and project-based partners. 2. To write research reports/papers and to analyse quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate tools. 3.To take up research-related fieldwork that at times will require long periods of stay in remote rural areas. 4. To take up teaching/mentoring activities for PhD scholars and other researchers. 5. To write research proposals and seek funding from different agencies. 6. To take up any other academic and administrative activities assigned by NCDS. 7. Selected candidates have to abide by rules and regulations of the institute, as amended from time to time and also as per terms and conditions indicated in the offer letter
