Job Responsibilities: The person engaged as Health Club Trainer ,is expected to perform the following duties : a. To demonstrate exercises /routines to clients , b. Assist the clients in exercises to minimise injury and to promote fitness , c. Modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels , d. Monitor the client progress , e. Providing information /resources on general fitness and health issues , f. Provide emergency first-aid ,if necessary , g. Take care of the Gymnasium equipment's
