Desirable Qualifications: i. Consultant should have master’s degree. ii. Consultant should have proven track record in sales and marketing. iii. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. iv. Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity v. Good knowledge of Madhya Pradesh. vi. Computer literate (Microsoft: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher) with specific knowledge of databases
Experience Requirements: S/he should have at least 5 years of experience in sales of which at least 3 years of field work experience.
Desired Skills: i. Excellent organisation and communications skills ii. Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards work. iii. Self-motivated and able to manage personal time. iv. Willing to learn and willing to teach others. v. Willing to work as part of a team and with people with diverse backgrounds. vi. Willing to collaborate and to build linkages with other groups as needed
