Educational Requirements: Officers of Central Government / State Government / Universities / Autonomous organizations or similar organizations may apply through proper channel fulfilling the following criteria: i. A degree in Commerce or equivalent from a recognized University; ii. Atleast 5 years experience in Accounts works in Central / State Government Offices, Offices of AG’s / PAO’s, autonomous bodies, Universities etc. iii. Sound knowledge of financial rules, accounting procedure, preparation of budget & other allied matters.
