Pay Scale: a) For Full time Specialist for Hospital/ODC: Basic pay Rs. 25350/- (Pay Rs. 18750/- + Rs. 6600/- G. Pay) + NPA + DA (Revised from time to time) and HRA as per rates applicable to ESIC employees at the respective place of posting. b) For Part time Specialist for Hospital/ODC:- i) Rs. 40,000/- per month for two sessions per day into five days in a week. Duration of each session will be two hours. ii) For extra session of two hours Rs. 1000/-. iii) On giving undertaking to be available for performing emergency call duty after the schedule timings Rs. 8000/- per month.
Educational Requirements: a) A recognized Post Graduate Medical Degree in the respective Specialty with a minimum 3 (three) years post PG experience in some hospital. OR A recognized post graduate Medical diploma with a minimum of 5 (five) years post PG experience in some hospital. b) MCI/State MC Registration
